Do you provide any guarantees?

Absolutely! We are dedicated to our customers and their happiness. We provide 100% guarantee that when the job is finished it is the one we quoted you for. If you see anything that was not performed correctly to what was quoted we will return and finish to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
How often do most surface need to be washed?

For a majority of surfaces, an annual power washing should suffice. It depends on the materials used to create/build the surface as well as the current condition of the surface, so you may need to increase the frequency of power washings.
When is the best time to power wash?

This often depends on the location of your property. As a rule of thumb, the best time to power wash is during the fall and spring. Although there is no additional risk to power washing in the winter or summer. Power washing should be a part of your regular home maintenance.
Will a high pressure wash damage my home?

Not with the professional technician at 3 Daughters. we know how to properly utilize high pressure washing equipment that has the capability to produce an extremely high pressure output. By examining the type of surface and its condition, our team can set the right amount of water pressure to be used.
Is it true my garage can experience severe damage from lack of pressure washing?

True! Here are some facts. Pressure washing horizontal surfaces is crucial in areas that experience colder climates and require salt application on the roads and sidewalks during the winter. Salt is extremely corrosive and can cause surfaces such as concrete to quickly deteriorate. In examples such as parking garages where there is rebar or tension cables within the concrete, the salt can actually compromise integrity of the floors as it deteriorates the metal and causes the concrete to crack. This can be prevented with a regular pressure washing maintenance cleaning every year.
Are you insured?

Yes 3 Daughters is fully insured.
Can you remove the "green stuff" from my siding?

Yes, we can. That "green stuff" on your siding is actually a form of algae that affects thousands of homes each year. Our process will safely eliminate that algae from your siding, but also remove mold, dirt, and other contaminants.
When will I be charged?

You will not be charged until your service is complete at that time you will be invoiced for final payment.
Is power washing really worth the cost?

Yes, consistent maintenance is an important part of owning a business or home. Power wash will increase curb appeal, prevent costly repairs, prolong the life of surfaces, draw more customers to your business and increase a homes value. National Associations of Realtors have found that increasing your curb appeal increases the value of your home up to $15,000.
How do I pay for my service?

When your service is complete you will be invoiced within 24 hours with a bill link to payment option. We have multiple payment options including cash, check, and credit card.
How long does it take to power wash a house?

It depends on whether you do it yourself or hire a professional. Our company can get your house looking spotless and brand new in 30 minutes to 2 hours. Be assured that 3 Daughters will not leave until we are able to deliver the best results. Take note that another 15 to 30 minutes is needed for setting up and packing up.
Do I need to be home day of service?

No, this is not a requirement. We like when our customers are home so we can ensure that our services exceeded your expectations. But remember we provide a satisfaction guarantee and we not leave until you are happy!
What time will you arrive?

Our customer service will be in contact with you on the day of service and verify a more accurate time.
Do you use my water?

Yes, we do require access to a water spigot. Also we ask that customers refrain from using multiple water utility inside so the water spigot achieves the best GPM.
What happens if it rains?

We are dedicated to performing our services when we schedule them so we will work through rain, wind and even snow. Extremely high winds and torrential down pours will also affect the cleaning process and will not allow for appropriate cleaning to maximize the overall satisfaction. Unfortunately some of these condition are not always safe and we may need to reschedule your service. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately.
Is there anything I need to have done prior to service?

Yes, depending on the surfaces we are cleaning we ask that any of them areas are cleaned from debris. Examples, if 3 Daughters is cleaning your deck, porch, patio or driveway we ask that all furniture and any other equipment be removed before day of cleaning. We also ask that any bigger equipment and furniture that is close to the house to be pulled at least 20 feet away from the house. A fee will be charged if we have to move these items on day of service.

Billing & CANCELLATION

Payments Accepted

3 Daughters accepts multiple forms of payments through our invoicing. We accept cash, check and credit. Please be aware that a 3% transaction fee will be added for any credit card charges and any check cancelation fees will be customers responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $150.00 will be assessed if Client cancels service without prior notice 72 hours or more before the date of service. The same applies when Company has already arrived on the scheduled date and cleaning cannot proceed because of ongoing construction work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee or service meets your expectations. Within 24 hours of service if there is anything that hasn't met your expectations reach out to our customer service and we will make sure to return and not leave your home until you're satisfied. Payment will not be accepted until the expectations of the quote are met.
